COMPUTER SERVICE
We are factory trained on most computer brands. Minimum checkout fees of $50.00 apply.
THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE CALLING A REPAIRMAN
If your TV or other electronic device is not working normally, try these suggestions before calling.
1) Make sure you have power. If your unit is plugged into a power strip, make sure the strip is turned on.
2) Remove power for 30 seconds. Sometimes simply removing the powercord from the outlet for 30 seconds will restore operation.
3) Bypass the remote. Try turning the TV on using the button on the unit rather than using the remote.
4) If you are getting a no-signal message on your TV, try using another input, such as DVD or VCR.
If all of the above fails, it is time to call the professional. Before calling, have the model number and chassis number written down. These numbers are usually found on a label on the back of the unit.
